Shelter WA
Online Event
Join tenant engagement sector professionals Amy Kidner and Alex Kepes for an online interactive Tenant Engagement training for community housing organisations.
Shelter’s Tenant Engagement training is tailored to help you understand how your organisation can get the most of engaging and involving tenants in the work you do.
This training will help participants to increase their knowledge on what tenant engagement strategies and activities can work for your organisation, how to implement them and how to address challenges and barriers to successful tenant engagement.
For existing registered organisations or organisations considering registration under the Community Housing Regulatory Framework, this training will also touch on how to evidence the work you do to meet Tier 1, 2 and 3 regulatory requirements for tenant engagement.
THE FACILITATORS
Amy and Alex both have seven years’ experience in dedicated tenant engagement roles at a large national Community Housing Organisation. Amy’s background is in Anthropology, Sociology and Public Health and she facilitated this training for Shetler WA in 2022.
